The Role of Relief Support Practitioner:

As a Relief Support Practitioner, your role will involve:

  • Supporting people to live independently in their own homes
  • Providing personal care and support with daily activities
  • Meal preparation and support with nutritional needs
  • Offering emotional support and companionship
  • Working proactively to prevent hospital admissions

You will have the opportunity to work across our Home Care, Mobile Home Care, and Responder services, giving you a variety of experiences and ultimate flexibility in your schedule. Our shifts include evenings, weekends, and nights, ensuring there is something for everyone.

We welcome applications from any candidates already eligible to work in the UK or those that can apply for a visa granting permission to work in the UK (e.g. dependent visas, ancestry etc.) that do not require sponsorship from Carr Gomm. You will be asked to share proof of this prior to receiving any offer of employment. It is currently our policy not to offer sponsorship for prospective candidates.
