Carr Gomm in a Care Reality Health and Social Care VR Learning Grant recipient
Carr Gomm has been chosen to participate in the 2024 Care Reality Health and Social Care Virtual Reality Learning Grant.

The Health and Social Care Virtual Reality Learning Grant has been developed by Care Reality to broaden awareness and the use of Virtual Reality (VR) and Extended Reality (XR) technologies in the health and social care sector.

Care Reality aims to bridge the gap between traditional learning methods and the dynamic, complex realities of health and social care environments.

Over the next 12 weeks (May 2024-July 2024), Carr Gomm will have the opportunity to explore immersive learning and training in health and social care via access to Care Reality’s  Learning Library through their platform, FLO and through complimentary use of a VR Headset.

FLO offers a comprehensive library of immersive learning content tailored specifically for the health and social care sector, from clinical observation to infection prevention and control. Care Reality’s VR simulations cover a wide range of essential topics to enhance Support Practitioner’s skills and knowledge in a more engaging way than traditional e-learning.
