Digital Inclusion : Scottish Government Digital Health and Care Directorate

Shannon

Carr Gomm’s Shannon McNee (Digital Inclusion Researcher) recently spoke at the Digital Health and Care Directorate’s stakeholder event on Digital Inclusion in Mental Health and Housing support. The Scottish Government’s programme, delivered in partnership with SCVO (Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations) and Connecting Scotland, aims to create and test various digital inclusion models that help people access housing support and other services.

Shannon drew on her experience gained through Carr Gomm’s Digital Inclusion Research Project to offer valuable insights into how digital technology can be used to create more inclusive and accessible services. We were proud to have Shannon represent us at the conference and share her expertise with fellow professionals in the sector.

We look forward to learning more about the Digital Health and Care Directorate’s new program and being a part of their work to advance Digital Inclusion for people we support.
